Student Services Data Dashboard
Student Services envisions a system in which all current and prospective students can easily share their feedback. We view the student voice as an essential component of our continuous improvement efforts. In 2020, particularly in response to the shift to virtual services, Student Services launched the Student Feedback Survey to make the feedback process as accessible and as streamlined as possible.
Additionally, data submitted through the Student Feedback Survey is actively migrated into and compiled within the Student Services Data Dashboard. This dashboard provides critical insights into the core service pillars of Student Services:
- Timely response
- Quality of customer service
- Accuracy of information provided
- How respected students feel
- Needs or questions met
