Academic Standards Hold Removal

To have an Academic Standards Registration Hold removed, a student is required to complete an Academic Improvement Plan (formerly known as a Student Success Plan). The Academic Improvement Plan provides a student with an opportunity to reflect on the past and plan for future quarters.

You should expect this form to take you 7-10 minutes. After submitting the form, your responses will be sent to the Academic Standards Policy Office. Please mark your calendars for May 6th as that is when your plan will be reviewed; an email notification will be sent out letting you know your registration hold was removed.

At the conclusion of the survey, you will have the option to be provided additional resources and encouraged to schedule a meeting with Sarijana Clark, Academic Standards Policy Manager & Retention Coach.
